How to book

Step 1:

Book via the online booking link on this page.

Select your session and choose a date and time. After you’ve booked, you'll receive an automatic email. This is a request acknowledgment only, not a booking confirmation.

Step 2:

Complete your intake form
Shortly after booking you'll receive a short intake form by email. This helps me understand where you are and how I can best help before we meet. Please complete it within 48 hours of booking.

Step 3:

I'll be in touch
Once I've reviewed your form I'll send a personal confirmation that your session is all set. In rare cases I may reach out to suggest a different session type or timing if I feel it would serve you better. Your booking is not fully confirmed until you receive this note from me.

Cancellation Policy

Because each session is prepared for you with care and your time is held exclusively for you, I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a solution together.
