Four Slow Sundays
You’ve built a life. But what happens when parts of it no longer fit?
A small, guided November gathering for women navigating the space between the life they’ve built and the person they’re becoming.
Four Sundays. A little breathing room.
A chance to slow down with intention.
November 8, 15, 22 & 29 · 3:00–4:15 PM Eastern · Live online

Maybe something has shifted.
You’ve spent years building a life.
The career. The relationships. The family. The business. The home.
You’ve made choices, worked hard, weathered difficult seasons, and created a life with so much to be grateful for.
And yet, lately, something feels different.
Perhaps the things that once mattered most don’t hold quite the same meaning. Perhaps you’re beginning to question expectations you’ve carried for years. Or perhaps you simply have a growing sense that you’ve changed, and parts of your life haven’t quite caught up.
You don’t necessarily want to change everything. You may not even know what you want to change.
You just know that something no longer fits.
And you’re wondering what to do with that feeling.
What if you didn’t have to figure it all out right now?
Autumn reminds us that letting go is a natural part of life.
The trees release what they no longer need. The landscape grows quieter. There’s a gradual shift toward rest, reflection, and making room.
This autumn, what if we gave ourselves permission to do the same?
Not to walk away from everything we’ve built. Not to rush into another chapter.
But simply to pause long enough to notice what still belongs, what might be ready to change, and what matters to us now.
That’s why I created Four Slow Sundays.
Four Sundays.
Four gentle explorations.
Sunday 1 — The Life You’ve Built
Honoring where you’ve been and noticing what feels different now.
Sunday 2 — What You’re Ready to Put Down
Exploring the roles, expectations, and responsibilities that may no longer fit.
Sunday 3 — Making Room
Reconnecting with what matters to you today, not who you were ten or twenty years ago.
Sunday 4 — The Season Ahead
Considering what you’d like to carry forward, without the pressure to have a grand plan.
Each gathering includes guided reflection, simple coaching exercises, and meaningful conversation in a small, welcoming group. There is no homework to complete, no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with, and no pressure to have the answers.
This might be for you if…
You’ve built a life you’re grateful for, but parts of it feel less aligned with who you are today.
You’re questioning old expectations or definitions of success.
You’re curious about what’s next, but aren’t ready to make big changes.
You’d welcome thoughtful conversation with other women navigating similar questions.
You’d simply like a little space to listen to yourself again.
You don’t need to be at a crossroads or in the middle of a major life change.
You just need to be curious about what this season of your life is asking of you.
A little about me
I’m the founder of Slow Season, where I bring together my experience as an entrepreneur, my work in personal development coaching, and a deep appreciation for the wisdom of the natural world.
For more than twenty years, my work has centered on creating welcoming spaces where women can feel comfortable, cared for, and free to be themselves.
Now, through coaching and seasonal reflection, I help people navigate change with greater curiosity, clarity, and compassion.
I believe we don’t have to approach every season of life with a plan to improve ourselves. Sometimes we simply need room to notice who we’ve become.
I’d love to welcome you.
